Order before 23:59 and it leaves Amsterdam the same day. The Netherlands and Belgium get it the next business day, Germany in 1 to 2 days, the rest of the EU in 2 to 5 days, and the UK and US in 3 to 7 days.

As soon as your order leaves Amsterdam, you get an email with your tracking link. You can also follow it in your account.

No. Duties and taxes are already in the price, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

30 days from delivery. Pieces need to be unworn and in their box. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged.

Sending the piece back to Amsterdam is paid by you. If you exchange it for another size, we ship the new one to you for free.

Every product page has a size guide with a simple way to measure. For a bracelet: wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark it, and add half a centimetre.

Go one size up for a more comfortable fit. And if it's not right, you can exchange it within 30 days.

Yes, every piece has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, send one photo and your order number to info@drippy.amsterdam and we repair or replace it. Drops, snags and the light scratches of everyday wear aren't covered.

Yes. Every piece arrives in a Drippy box with a pouch, ready to give.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after sport or the sea, and keep it in the pouch when you're not wearing it, so it doesn't rub against other pieces.
